HOP is a Kerala-based slow fashion label creating women’s Co-ord Sets and Short Tops using breathable, high-quality fabrics.
We’re proudly based in Kerala, India — where every piece is thoughtfully designed and crafted.
Yes, all HOP garments are designed and made in India, in collaboration with local artisans and tailoring units.
We produce in small, limited batches. Some pieces may be restocked depending on demand — join our email list for restock updates.
At the moment, we don’t offer custom sizing. However, our relaxed fit accommodates a range of body types.

Product Information
We primarily use pure cotton, cotton-linen blends, and handloom fabrics that are soft, breathable, and perfect for tropical climates.
Most of our garments are machine washable on a gentle cycle. We recommend line-drying in shade. Specific care instructions are listed on each product page.
Our fabrics are pre-washed or pre-shrunk where possible. Please follow care labels to maintain shape and longevity.
Refer to our Size Guide on each product page. Our fits are intentionally relaxed and forgiving.
We aim to showcase our clothing on a range of body types. More diverse model imagery is being added regularly.
Currently, co-ord sets are sold as complete sets. However, we’re exploring mix-and-match options in future drops.
Orders & Payment

We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and most major Indian digital wallets.
Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. Please email us at info@houseofparampara.com quickly.

Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India. For international shipping, please contact us directly.
Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–9 days depending on your location.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
Shipping is free on all orders above ₹3000. For orders below that, a small shipping fee is applied at checkout depends on your shipping zone.
Check your tracking info first. If it hasn’t moved in 3+ days, please email us and we’ll follow up with the courier.
Not currently, but we are working to add faster shipping options in selected cities.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused and in original condition.
Email us at info@houseofparampara.com with your order number and reason. We’ll guide you through the steps.
Return shipping is not covered by HOP. Customers are responsible for shipping the product back.
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after the returned product is received and approved.
We deeply apologize. Please share photos with us via email and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
Items purchased on sale are only eligible for exchange, not refunds, unless damaged.

No, you can checkout as a guest. But creating an account helps you track orders and manage your wishlist.
